Guy died from cancer on November 10, 1986 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  His Mother said Guy had owned a very successful interior decorating and antiques business in Dallas, Texas.  Prior to his death Guy had been commissioned to help restore the governor's mansion in Little Rock, Arkansas to the original decor.  Guy had been married, then later divorced.
