David Taylor

David Wayne Kennedy Taylor, age 45, died March 16, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah, of cancer.

Born September 27, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, to Verl La Rue and Marilyn Kennedy Taylor. He married Georgene Martha Keener, August 14, 1976 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Graduated in Computer Science from BYU in 1988. He served an LDS mission to the Central Atlantic States. He was a computer programmer.He loved boating, water skiing and a good joke. David lived a life without guile, was patient, kind and forgiving. He and his wife had a very special devotion to each other.

Survived by his wife, Georgene; daughter, Naomi Lynn; son, David Matthew; parents; grandparents, David M. and Lenora Kennedy; brothers and sisters; Faune Smith (Wayne); Lenora Johnson (Craig); Darlene Rona (John); Lamar Taylor (Leila) and Rex Taylor.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 1994 at 12 Noon, in the Holladay 14th LDS Ward Chapel, 4917 South Viewmont Street (2085 East). Friends may call at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive on Friday evening from 6-8 and at the Church on Saturday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

Mickie Milligan

I didn't know David very well, but I do know his sister Faune.  Everyone thought they were twins, but they were born less than a yr. apart.  I believe he died from cancer.
